Privacy policy

This policy sets out how personal data of users of the PRO SOFORT BUILD website (the “site”) is processed. The data controller is PRO SOFORT BUILD LLC, 112 Makhtumkuli St., Fidoiylar MFY, Yashnabad district, Tashkent.

Processing follows the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. By submitting a form on the site you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to processing for the purposes below.

We receive only what you enter in forms, plus the minimum technical information the site needs to work:

• 2.1name, phone number, email address, company name;
• 2.2a description of the project or task, tender deadline and budget, if you provide them;
• 2.3attached files: specifications, estimates, drawings, photographs;
• 2.4technical request data: IP address, browser type, the page the request was sent from, campaign tags (UTM).

We do not ask for passport details, personal bank details or health information.

• 3.1replying to your request and advising on the project;
• 3.2an engineer site visit, preparing an estimate and a proposal;
• 3.3taking part in a tender or procurement at your invitation;
• 3.4concluding and performing a construction contract and handover;
• 3.5warranty and service support;
• 3.6protecting the site against spam and abuse.

We do not use your data for mailings without separate consent and make no automated decisions based on it.

Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS) and stored with our hosting provider with restricted access. Only the staff working on your project can see your request.

Requests and correspondence are kept for no longer than three years after the last contact unless a contract or the law requires longer. Documents on completed contracts are kept for the periods set by law.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising. Data may be processed only by services the site cannot work without:

• 5.1hosting and site protection — Cloudflare (including the Turnstile bot check);
• 5.2delivering request notifications to our staff — Telegram and an email service;
• 5.3Domus Regia Group — only with your consent, when finishing materials need to be selected;
• 5.4public authorities — where the law expressly requires it.

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The browser keeps only a technical flag that the intro was shown (sessionStorage), cleared when the tab is closed. The Turnstile service may set a technical cookie to protect forms from bots.

At any time you can:

• 7.1find out what data about you we hold;
• 7.2correct inaccurate data;
• 7.3ask us to delete your data, unless a contract or the law prevents it;
• 7.4withdraw your consent to processing.

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page, with its date shown at the top.
